Front page Strategy work sparring for Kokkola Teollisuuskylä Strategy work sparring for Kokkola Teollisuuskylä Date: 3.1. –30.9.2022 Strategies and programmes Kokkola Teollisuuskylä Oy, founded in 1975, is a subsidiary owned by the city of Kokkola, whose purpose is to own and manage real estate in the Kokkola city area and build industrial, service and educational facilities for them. The company offers versatile and flexible office spaces for the daily work of various companies and other organisations. MDI helped in drafting the strategy for Kokkola’s Industrial Village. In the work, two strategy workshops were organised with the company’s board and representatives of the owner. The company’s goals up to 2030 were formulated based on the workshops.
