Front page Strategy process of the Seinäjoen Työterveys Ltd Strategy process of the Seinäjoen Työterveys Ltd Date: 1.8. –31.12.2023 Strategies and programmes Seinäjoki Occupational Health Ltd. provides occupational health services to its owner-clients, which include the cities of Seinäjoki and Lapua, the municipality of Isokyrö, the Wellbeing Services County of South Ostrobothnia, Seinäjoki Joint Municipal Authority for Education (Sedu), and the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences Ltd. MDI assisted Seinäjoki Occupational Health in updating the strategy contents. In the project, a survey involving the entire staff was conducted, representatives of the owners and stakeholders were interviewed, strategy workshops were organised with the staff and the company’s board, and the necessary number of strategy content refining meetings were held with the company’s executive management.
