Front page References Strategy process for Municipality of Kuortane Strategy process for Municipality of Kuortane Date: 1.8. –15.9.2017 Evaluations Strategies and programmes Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps Kuortane is a municipality of about 3700 inhabitants located in South Ostrobotnia region in Finland. Kuortane was set to renew its strategy during the autumn 2017. MDI helped in designing the content of the strategy by planning, organsing and implementing a two-day strategy seminar for the local councillors and management group of Kuortane. Before the seminar, MDI sent some questions to be answered in order to build the mindset for the strategy work. After the seminar, MDI collected the thoughts as a basic structure for the new strategy document.
