Sevas offers attractively priced rental homes for city residents in need. In addition to rental homes and student housing, Sevas also provides specialised and senior housing within the area of Seinäjoki. MDI assisted Sevas Kodit Ltd in updating the content of its strategy. The work involved conducting an operating environment analysis based on the latest statistical data, specifically focusing on immigration and its structure, as well as the development of households. Additionally, a series of key person interviews and a workshop series were carried out, where the content of the strategy is challenged.
