Sparring support for the City of Lohja’s Economic Development Programme

MDI supported the City of Lohja in drafting its economic development programme by producing a business-structure-focused situational analysis and facilitating two workshops. The workshops refined objectives, priority themes, actions and indicators, and strengthened alignment with the city’s other core programmes (especially land-use/planning and investment programmes). Deliverables included a five-theme programme structure and “priority cards” (objective–need for change–actions–owners/partners–metrics–first steps).
