Front page References Second interim evaluation report of the Helsinki Innovation Districts Second interim evaluation report of the Helsinki Innovation Districts Date: 1.3. –30.4.2023 Evaluations The aim of the work here is to carry out an interim evaluation of the Helsinki Innovation Districts project and to develop an ongoing evaluation of the implementation of the project. The work will update, where necessary, the Helsinki Innovation Districts monitoring indicators, produce a summary based on the indicator data, develop the project’s monitoring indicators and facilitate a workshop to help provide a synthesis of the main findings of the interim evaluation report. This work will be based on the evaluation model and indicators developed for the Smart City project in early 2021. Keywords: Digitalisation Smart specialisation
