Front page Mid-term Evaluation of the Strategy of the town of Sastamala Mid-term Evaluation of the Strategy of the town of Sastamala Date: 18.9. –30.11.2023 Evaluations MDI previously assisted the town of Sastamala in its strategy formulation in 2021. A mid-term evaluation of the strategy implementation and council work is now being carried out halfway through the council term. MDI conducts a survey for the town of Sastamala’s council members and leading officials and interviews representatives of the political leadership and management team. A summary and conclusions based on the collected data will be presented at a council meeting, and if necessary, refinements will be made to the strategy content and/or implementation.
