Measuring the impact of multidisciplinary cooperation in youth employment services (Monet)

This VN TEAS project, used different perspectives and methodologies to produce new research knowledge on the economic and wider societal implications of the Ohjaamo-services (One-stop guidance centre), especially for young customers under the age of 30. The study discussed the economic benefits of Ohjaamo-services and whether investment into the Ohjaamo project has been an economically cost-effective and appropriate solution. The work supported implementation of the Government’s key project, “From Youth Guarantee to Community Guarantee” and the Government programme’s target to promote the well-being of children and adolescents, to prevent exclusion, reduce both the percentage of young people outside working life and the school drop-out rate while promoting employment opportunities for young people.
