Front page Impact Assessment of the Smart Kalasatama Project Impact Assessment of the Smart Kalasatama Project Date: 12.2. –12.6.2020 Evaluations MDI carried out an impact assessment of Forum Virium’s Smart Kalasatama project in the City of Helsinki over its five-year period, 2015–2019. The key point was to investigate which areas and practices have been particularly influential from different perspectives and which have been less effective, why this has been the case and how the activity can be developed in the future. It was important to provide information about what kind of activity is successful in the long run. The final goal of the work was to provide information on how the Smart Kalasatama project activities should be carried out in the future and how to best ensure their future effectiveness.
