Front page Ex-ante evaluation of the Northern Savonia regional rural development plan 2023-2027 Ex-ante evaluation of the Northern Savonia regional rural development plan 2023-2027 Date: 15.10. –15.12.2021 Evaluations MDI carried out an ex-ante evaluation of the Northern Savonia regional rural development plan with TK-Eval. The purpose of the ex-ante evaluation was to assess the equivalence of the Northern Savonia Regional Rural Development Plan with Northern Savonia’s rural development needs. In addition, the ex-ante evaluation provided an assessment of the economic and other impacts of the programme on the rural areas, municipalities and local business activities of Northern Savonia, as well as an assessment of the compatibility of the regional plan with the Northern Savonia regional programme.
