The key project was one of the 26 key projects of the Prime Minister Sipilä’s Government Programme, which aimed to strengthen the role of people with partial working ability so that they would either stay better in working life or will be employed more efficiently. The focus of the evaluation was in particular the organisation and implementation of the key project, the identification and description of impact logic composed by the key project and regional pilot projects, as well as the evaluation of the results and impacts of the project. The evaluation was made in relation to all of the key projects coordinated by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. Keywords: Employment
