Evaluation of the development measures of creative economy

MDI evaluated the development measures of creative economy for the Regional Council of Central Finland. The work was based on years 2004-2013, the emphasis being on years 2010-2013. The main questions of the evaluation were how the development of the creative economy has worked as a process, how the projects have improved creative companies’ and other actors’ operating conditions and how they have promoted the development of the creative economy in Central Finland. The evaluation found out how the projects have effected in strengthening the common view and cooperation of the actors, in commitment and in implementing the target setting. The work was finished in 2013.
