Front page References Evaluation of the cooperation programme for homelessness Evaluation of the cooperation programme for homelessness Date: 4.1. –30.6.2023 Evaluations The goal of this project was to evaluate the implementation, impact and adequacy of the national homelessness programme over the period 2020–2022. The evaluation produced information that can be used to direct the elimination and prevention of homelessness, i.e. homelessness work, and to strengthen it as a continuous activity of the municipalities and well-being services counties. Based on the results of the evaluation, recommendations were made for future measures to both eliminate and prevent homelessness and to bolster the cooperative work undertaken by municipalities, well-being services counties and entities doing homelessness work in respect of reducing homelessness.
