Business and effective public services with mass data

MDI took part in a consortium led by ETLA, the Research Institute of the Finnish Economy, that analysed the use of mass data. The research was financed by the Prime Minister’s Office. The aim was to provide data about economical effects and business potential of mass data in different sectors. Developing the approaches to my data is an important step in creating a better functioning digital world. My data ecosystem needs a reliable way of communicating between different actors. This connected the project to the biggest six cities in Finland and to their Open Data top project. The work was due in April 2016.
