Front page Building of the vision 2030 for the Baltic Sea Region Building of the vision 2030 for the Baltic Sea Region Date: 2.5. –8.11.2016 Strategies and programmes MDI conducted, as a subcontractor to Spatial Foresight GmbH, a foresight study on the Vision 2030 for the Baltic Sea Region that analysed the challenges and opportunities for the region in a global perspective. Major themes to be covered were economy, technology, society, environment and geopolitics. The results were presented at the Strategy Forum for the EUSBSR on 8-9 November 2016 in Stockholm. The Strategy Forum is high-level meeting focusing on a vision for the Baltic Sea Region 2030.
