Liminka, in close proximity to the city of Oulu, is still growing its population by 2 % annually. MDI sparred the town council and leading civil servants in a strategy seminar on March 1, 2017. In the seminar, the participants discussed about the evaluation of current municipal strategy and most significant duties and tasks of future municipality, and shared thoughts about values and vision.
