Front page News News MDI undertakes a preliminary study on the impact of road charges to the attractiveness of municipalities MDI undertakes a preliminary study on the impact of road charges to the attractiveness of municipalities 12.2.2019 MDI will undertake an evaluation of the impact of road-user prices on county attractiveness for HSL. The focus of the study will look at previous research on two subjects. Namely, the relationships between road-user pricing systems and regional attractiveness and the residency choices and residency preference changes within the operational area of HSL. We will also evaluate the most important regional attractiveness factors and create a future operational plan outlining the further work necessary.
