Front page News News MDI evaluates the transport strategy of Southwest Finland MDI evaluates the transport strategy of Southwest Finland 1.9.2018 MDI will evaluate the transport strategy of Southwest Finland together with Linea. The strategy was finished in 2014 and thereafter, implementation of several actions in the plan have proceeded. Also, there has been many changes in the operational environment, so it is necessary to evaluate the need to update the goals and actions. At the same time, legislative changes and administrative reforms will bring changes in the organization and content of the transport system design. The regional council of Southwest Finland and the ELY Centre of Southwest Finland commissioned a consultancy work to evaluate the current transportation strategy.
