Front page News News MDI to evaluate the preliminary impacts of the Pirkanmaa start-up alliance MDI to evaluate the preliminary impacts of the Pirkanmaa start-up alliance 1.2.2019 MDI guides and facilitates the process of preliminary impact assessment of the Pirkanmaa start-up alliance and compiles the EVA evaluation report based on the process, background and on the basis of effectiveness information, to support the decision-making of the alliance development phases. The purpose of the Pre-Impact Assessment is to structure and clarify the goals and implementation options and to identify and evaluate the start-up alliance impact on both the Alliance partners, the start-up ecosystem and the broader population and other actors in the region, as well as on the environment and the regional economy in the short and long term.
