Front page News News MDI boosts self-assessment of the rural development plan of North Ostrobothnia MDI boosts self-assessment of the rural development plan of North Ostrobothnia 20.1.2018 MDI will support the ELY Centre of North Ostrobothnia in the self-assessment process of the regional rural development plan during the year 2018. The process was kicked off in Rural Days 2018 event in Oulu on 8-9 February, when the rural project holders were tuned into self-assessment mode through training and group discussions. The progress and results of the rural development plan of North Ostrobothnia will be reviewed by priority areas over the course of spring and autumn 2018.
