MDI Academy continues – apply for the training programme for regional developers! 15.1.2021 The MDI Academy and its training programme for regional developers, launched last year, will start up again in March. The training programme supports the work of leaders and specialists in public administration, its developers and administrative partners. The programme is specifically designed for those working in the municipal sector, development corporations, the provinces and regional governments. The educational offer provides a comprehensive ‘snapshot’ of current trends and issues in regional development. The training programme includes three training modules and a study tour. Participants gain new perspectives, insights and networks through completion of the programme. The themes discussed in the Academy include, urban and rural development, the vitality of regions and the use of knowledge in regional development among others. MDI leads the co-creative process of developing, piloting and sharing practices for wellbeing in Sustainable Cities News 12.10.2022 The challenge bundle work is the cross-cutting co-development of the “Sustainable City” programme, co-ordinated by the Ministry of the Environment, with the aim of producing and sharing information, knowledge and solutions to the challenges linking cities’ management and practice in the area of leading work towards sustainability. The work produces concrete development measures, new ways of doing things and peer learning.
