Front page News News Eveliina Kuusisto started as a trainee Eveliina Kuusisto started as a trainee 23.3.2021 At the beginning of March, Eveliina Kuusisto (B.Soc.Sc.) joined the MDI team when she started as a trainee. Eveliina is a Master’s student in International Relations, specialised in environmental, climate and energy issues and sustainable development. She has also studied regional policy, political science and leadership communication. Eveliina is at her strongest in the world of qualitative analysis. Eveliina Kuusisto expects to experience the everyday life of the consulting firm. At first Eveliina will be working with the study on the effects of the Covid-19 crisis on the youth sector. Other work tasks will be defined in the coming weeks. During her internship, Eveliina expects to experience the everyday life of the consulting firm and the various stages of the research work. For example, she wants to learn from colleagues, how best to make recommendations for clients based on the results of a study. “MDI has an extremely wide range of expertise and it’s exciting to get a closer look at what’s going on at the same time,” says Eveliina after her first week of training. Eveliina hopes to learn how to use the skills she has gained during her studies. MDI leads the co-creative process of developing, piloting and sharing practices for wellbeing in Sustainable Cities News 12.10.2022 The challenge bundle work is the cross-cutting co-development of the “Sustainable City” programme, co-ordinated by the Ministry of the Environment, with the aim of producing and sharing information, knowledge and solutions to the challenges linking cities’ management and practice in the area of leading work towards sustainability.
