City of Kauhava’s image under construction

MDI is carrying out an study considering city of Kauhava’s image. The study consists of two different surveys that are aimed at the local citizens and businesses. The results of the survey will be used to enhance Kauhava’s brand, their organizational communication and public relations. The survey is also supporting the measurement of Kauhava’s strategy and its effectiveness. As a result, there will be an analyzed report of the survey which will be used to make the new organizational communication plan and the new city brand. In a wider scope, this work will support Kauhava’s attractiveness in the sense of drawing new residents on its area. This project launched at November 2018 and the final analyzed report will be done by the end of December 2018.

AGDA is a Nordic development project funded by the Nordic Gender Equality Fund (NIKK). The project focuses on the opportunities that a greater focus on diversity and inclusion could create in the RDI-field, particularly in respect of green transition.

MDI leads the co-creative process of developing, piloting and sharing practices for wellbeing in Sustainable Cities

The challenge bundle work is the cross-cutting co-development of the “Sustainable City” programme, co-ordinated by the Ministry of the Environment, with the aim of producing and sharing information, knowledge and solutions to the challenges linking cities’ management and practice in the area of leading work towards sustainability. The work produces concrete development measures, new ways of doing things and peer learning.
