Public procurement plays a significant role in renewing service production in the public sector, creating cost efficiency and better quality in services, and providing incentives for new businesses. MDI spars Linna Development Ltd and the city of Hämeenlinna in the search of innovative public procurements. The process kicked off with an afternoon training session with 30 professionals.
