Front page News News MDI sharpened business and innovation services at ELY Centres MDI sharpened business and innovation services at ELY Centres 17.6.2014 MDI supported Ministry of Employment and the Economy in clarifying the critical success factors of regional business and innovation services provided by ELY Centres (Regional Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment). The process summarised the most essential drivers of change, defined the desired basic services of ELY Centres, and identified the critical success factors for focusing the operations. One of the objectives was to find new ideas for developing companies and enhancing growth in regions taken the fact that resources are limited and changes happening on many levels are making the future foggy. The process resulted in ideas how to sharpen the offer and organisation of regional business and innovation services provided through ELY Centres.
