Regional Guidance Plan for Services

MDI drew guidance plan for Porvoo-Loviisa-Lapinjärvi region in Eastern Uusimaa region. The work includes inventorying the signposts of existing services, prioritize the renewal of existing signposts and evaluating the need and urgency of new signposts. The work was based on developing the year-round tourism in Eastern Uusimaa region, so the project has a strong developing point of view. The plan was made in a tight cooperation with municipalities and entrepreneurs. Specialty of the assignment was an “Amazing Eastern Uusimaa region race” in which teams test functionality of the signposts and services. MDI carried out the study with SITO Ltd and the plan was due in early autumn 2013.
