MDI planned and carried out a strategy seminar for municipal council of Kuortane in Härmän Kuntokeskus 16.-17.8.2013. The seminar handled the municipality’s vision and strategic goals for current council period, discussed the emphases of the economic program and measures for balancing the municipal economy. Earlier that year MDI coached the municipality of Kuortane to update their economic program.
