Evaluation Framework for the ONNI-coaching service for Youth

“ONNI” is a nationwide service package provided by the KEHA Centre, focusing on strengthening the well-being and life management skills of young people aged 18–29. The service consists of both individual and group coaching sessions, delivered either remotely or locally through the Ohjaamo network.

The objective of the study conducted by MDI is to develop an evaluation framework for assessing the impact of the ONNI activities, commissioned by the KEHA Centre. The aim is to define monitoring indicators based on the framework to track the development of outcomes. The goal is to create an evaluation framework that is grounded in an understanding of the principles of impact assessment, takes into account the specific characteristics of the service, and meets the practical needs of ongoing monitoring.

The study will be completed by the end of 2025.
