Front page News News MDI carries out ex ante evaluation of Structural Fund Programme 2014–2020 MDI carries out ex ante evaluation of Structural Fund Programme 2014–2020 1.10.2012 MDI has been appointed to carry out the ex ante evaluation of the Structural Fund Programme 2014–2020 by the order of Ministry of Employment and the Economy. The evaluation focuses on the cohesion policy instrument, Structural Fund Programme for Mainland Finland 2014–2020, partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund. The evaluator carries out research based evaluation of the programme and also gives consultative support for the programme preparation. The evaluator provides national and regional stakeholders with information to support the preparation work, undertakes critical evaluation on the proposed priorities and activities, and gives suggestions to the programme writers.
