Front page Study on municipal restructuring in the Oulu region Study on municipal restructuring in the Oulu region Date: 1.3.2014 –31.3.2015 Research, studies One of MDI’s partners, Design Director Janne Antikainen was called to study the restructuring of municipalities in the Oulu region from March 2014 onwards. The work appointed by the Minister of Local Government Henna Virkkunen was started in March and the kick-off was in April 2014. Data was collected during the summer and the final proposal was formulated before the due date in December 2014.
