He proposed the merger of Seinäjoki and Jalasjärvi in the beginning of 2015 and Kurikka later. The merger would give more manageability to the municipalities and resources for developing the public services. This would result in better and more accessible services. Managing and developing would become more efficient – a successful region is more capable of taking care of its inhabitants. A growing cake has more to share.
