Front page References Ex-ante evaluation of the Regional Cohesion and Competitiveness programme “COCO” Ex-ante evaluation of the Regional Cohesion and Competitiveness programme “COCO” Date: 1.5. –15.10.2009 Evaluations Research, studies MDI carried out the ex-ante evaluation of the Regional Cohesion and Competitiveness program “COCO” for the Ministry of Employment and the Economy in summer 2009. The evaluation gave points to participating regions’ program drafts according to the applying criteria, assessed the rural impacts and deepened national cooperation possibilities within the ministry group and other stakeholders. The final report has been published in the publications of the ministry (TEM, Alueiden kehittäminen 57/2009).
