Front page References Evaluation of the regional programme Evaluation of the regional programme Date: 15.1. –17.6.2016 Evaluations Research, studies Strategies and programmes Northern Savo Region carried out an external evaluation of the regional programme 2014-2017 in the beginning of 2016. The regional programme implements the regional plan that aligns the development of the region until 2030. The work was carried out in a straightforward way with a survey, interviews and a workshop. The current renewal of the regional administration system brings a special touch to this work. MDI participated in the evaluation as a subcontractor for TK-Eval. The client was the Regional Council of the Northern Savo Region and the work was due in summer 2016.
