Front page Coaching public procurements Coaching public procurements Date: 1.8. –30.9.2014 Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps MDI carried out a coaching session in Hämeenlinna for Innopark Programmes Ltd and City of Hämeenlinna. The coaching consists of planning and executing an afternoon coaching session and conceptualization of a procurement clinic concept and piloting the concept twice. The aim is to build a process for the clients to carry out public procurements in a more innovative way and in a way that enables the procurements to support the renewal of the local economy and developing competitiveness. The coaching program was carried out in September 2014.
