MDI scanned with its European partners possible financing opportunities for the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and studied with interviews what kinds of needs do the stakeholders have related to the inventory of funding sources. MDI acted as a subcontractor for Spatial Foresight. The work was due in January 2016.
