Front page News News Periodic interviews enhance the efficiency of jobseekers’ assignment to employment services Periodic interviews enhance the efficiency of jobseekers’ assignment to employment services 11.3.2019 MDI was involved in a consortium evaluating the effects of the policy to periodically interview unemployed persons. As a result, the evaluation pointed out that the interview process enhanced efficiency of jobseeker assignment to employment services. The interviews usually impacted the individual’s employment situation eventually. The main project finding however is that interviews should not be conducted with all clients at the same three-monthly rate but rather in a more targeted way, taking into account the client’s service needs.
