MDI implemented an analysis of the development of Finnish city areas and regions focusing on leisure activities from 2008 to 2016. The work was formed from data based on MDI’s region profiles. The data included variables about population, employment, industrial structure and economics. Elite will use the results in it’s investment strategy. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
