I also have international work experience from the Permanent Representation of Finland to the EU in Brussels and the OECD Secretariat in Paris. I have been a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics, New York University and the European University Institute. Before my central bank career I worked in the Savings Bank Centre, ETLA Economic Research, Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation and the University of Helsinki. Currently I am a visiting researcher at the University of Helsinki. From the beginning of 2020 I have acted as the President of the Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation.
