Front page News News Strategy-update for Sevas Kodit Strategy-update for Sevas Kodit 30.1.2019 Sevas Kodit Ltd is a rental housing company owned by the city of Seinäjoki. Sevas Kodit Oy offers rental homes for families, singles, students and young people as well as senior citizens and disabled people. Sevas has a total of 3240 apartments. Sevas has decided to renew its strategy and the work will be done during the first half of 2019. Sevas has appointed MDI to spar the strategy process by analysing the operational environment in Seinäjoki and four peer cities and analysing the structure of migration (people moving in and out). MDI also collects information about the future perspectives for the housing market of loans with interest subsidy. In addition, MDI will organise strategy workshops for key persons in Sevas. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
