MDI continued its cooperation with JOSEK and wrote another chapter in its story. MDI updated JOSEK’s strategy for 2020. The data was collected by interviewing the owners, companies, citizens and other stakeholders of JOSEK. Furthermore, the essential contents of the strategy were formulated on a strategy camp organised with JOSEK personnel and board. The contents were then tested via an electronic survey sent to JOSEK’s customers and stakeholders. The work was finalised in May 2015.
