About 30 regional and local Finnish Enterprise Agencies operate in Finland. Their mission is to promote the creation of new business activities through the provision of advice and expert services. The report created by MDI was divided into four stages. In the first phase, statistical and operational environment analysis was carried out on the results of the Finnish Enterprise Agencies. In the second phase, an online survey was conducted for those entrepreneurs who have established a company during the last five years through one of the Finnish Enterprise Agencies. In the third phase, the regional impact of the Enterprise Agency was investigated within its own area of operation. At the fourth stage, a calculation model was created to evaluate the social impact of the Finnish Enterprise Agencies.
