Akaa has suffered from migration loss in recent years and now wants to look more closely at the causes of this migration loss flow in order to determine what measures could be taken to bring about change. The project electronically interviewed those who had left Akaa over the last five years as well as those who had moved to Akaa over the same time period. The survey mapped e.g. ‘cosiness’ and satisfaction with Akaa’s services. Finally, a report on the survey results was produced.
