MDI carried out an study on the city of Kauhava’s image. The study consisted of two different surveys aimed at local residents and businesses. The results of the survey were used to enhance Kauhava’s brand, their organisational communication and public relations. The survey also supports the measurement of Kauhava’s strategy and its effectiveness. An analysed report of the survey was produced and used to make the new organisational communication plan and the new city brand. In broader terms, this work was used to support Kauhava’s attractiveness in the sense of drawing new residents to the area. This project, launched at November 2018, was finalised at the end of December 2018.
