Kainuu Social and Health Care Joint Authority (Kainuun sote) is running the project 1.2.2020-31.1.2023 which aims to improve and support Kainuu sote’s personnel’s wellbeing at work and reduce the pressures created by the work environment. In addition, the goal is to develop knowledge management and productivity. As part of the project, MDI carried out a development discussion study which examined the current state of development discussions and their possible alternatives. The aim of the study was to produce development targets and solution proposals for the renewal of development discussions. Information was collected from many different actors, such as employees, supervisors and other hospital districts. The results of the study were presented in a report and video.
