Customer satisfaction survey in Vantaa’s social and health care sector

In the autumn of 2019, MDI surveyed customer satisfaction with the services of the social and health care industry for the City of Vantaa. The aim of the study was to find out about customer satisfaction from the services of different divisions (health services, oral health care, family services, elderly and disabled people) and their units. The work included the organisation of a customer satisfaction survey and drawing up questionnaires, implementing the survey, analysing and comparing survey results with previous years and reporting and presenting the work outcomes.
