In the autumn of 2019, MDI surveyed customer satisfaction with the services of the social and health care sector for the City of Vantaa. The aim of the study was to track customer satisfaction in respect of the services across various divisions (health services, oral health care, family services, elderly and disabled people) and their units. The work included the organisation of a customer satisfaction survey and the drawing up of questionnaires, implementing the survey, analysing and comparing survey results with previous years and reporting on and presenting the work outcomes.
