Front page References Kirkkonummi municipal strategy update Kirkkonummi municipal strategy update Date: 1.9. –29.12.2023 Strategies and programmes Kirkkonummi’s strategy will be updated out to 2030. During this process the strategic goals for the next five years will be formulated and specified. The update work is based on the current strategy, the strategic basis, priorities, goals and success factors described in it. The goal of the work is to clarify, summarise and focus the contents of the strategy. The strategy process has three overlapping work phases: 1) Background work based on both MDI’s own and the municipality’s materials. 2) Participatory work on the contents of the strategy. This work phase includes the council’s evening schools, working with the management team, the involvement of influencing bodies as well as of companies and students, and workshops for staff and residents’ associations. 3) Formulation of the strategy, subsequent to which a concise and visual summary of the strategy is also made.
