Front page News News MDI spars Seinäjoki’s new sector of vitality and competitiveness MDI spars Seinäjoki’s new sector of vitality and competitiveness 14.3.2017 The city of Seinäjoki has decided to reshape its organisation starting from 1st June 2017. The new vitality and competitiveness sector and the board steering its’ operations will cover the city’s development and employment services, development of vitality, lobbying, stakeholder relationships, and international affairs as well as communication, marketing, events, and tasks for promoting health in the city. MDI spars the city in the design and construction of new sector and in defining the tasks within it. MDI carries out a two-day workshop for the sector’s key personnel after Easter. Multi-functional development of station areas News 28.11.2023 In the early autumn period, MDI and FCG worked on the development of the Asemanseutu project which is part of the project package – Vitality for Urban Regions. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
