Front page News News Business Advisory Processes Fine-Tuned in Helsinki Region North Business Advisory Processes Fine-Tuned in Helsinki Region North 24.10.2015 Regional Development Company in the Helsinki Region North, better known as KEUKE, is responsible for coordinating regional business services in Helsinki Region North. MDI helped KEUKE to illustrate the most central business service processes in cooperation with other key stakeholders in the region. The work, carried out entirely by MDI, included a total of five intensive one-day workshops in the region, process descriptions as process charts and service paths as well as a training module consisting of five training themes and sessions. As a result of the project, a straightforward manual was produced for the use of regional business advisors.
