The seminar took place in Härmä Spa Hotel in Kauhava, Finland on 16 and 17 August 2013. The seminar discussed the vision and strategic objectives for the present municipality council period, outlined the spearheads in the municipality’s business programme, and decided on the measures to balance the municipality’s economy.
